Refunds

Due to the nature of the products that are sold we are unable to issue any refunds.  
You can always contact us for any questions regarding issues with your orders at support@trulyvirginhair.com or feel free to fill out the form that is located at the bottom of the homepage.  Please keep in mind that all sales are final.  We do not accept returns.    In some cases, depending on the situation, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card if there is an issue on our behalf.    We aim to provide a satisfactory shopping experience to all of our customers.  So feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your order. We will be happy to correct any issues that were made on our behalf.  We appreciate your business.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we will correct any issues we make on our end.
